Level 2

Anyone else started level 2? I did Lower Body Level 2, day 1 and 2 and i'm feeling it in my thighs!! Level 2 is not as easy as level 1, as she said "You survived level 1 now welcome to the war zone" :explode:

    I am doing level2 lower or 4 times a week. Till now 8 times...my *kitten* is on fire till now.... This is the point, right??? :)

    I'm also only doing lower body. Did leve1 twice a day not sure I can do that with level 2.

    Level 2 really does make you beg for mercy. lol I didn't know if I was gonna make it but I pushed myself. I'm only doing it once a day. I'm dollowing the schedule.

    I'm on week 2 of level 2. i have just 2 more sessions left then I get cardio one day - Sat and rest the next - Sun. On Mon I go onto level 3. I can do this!!!

    Same here I just had to improvise the schedule a little this time.

    I thought I might pass out a few times so I had to slow it down and modify a bit.

    When I was done I was out of breath, sweating, breathing hard, and had jello legs.

    i started like this :happy:
    Next I was :huh:
    Then I was :grumble:
    After that I was :noway::sick:
    Finally when done :sad: :yawn: :glasses:
    Took a mirror peek and :love: :smooched:

    yeah my session went something like that.

    Just hang in there we can do this and we will make it. We will win the butt war and have awesome *kitten*!:drinker:

    whew just start level two lower today. Hurt like heck and walking to the store after was a little interesting LOL. I am mostly following the schedule only I am doing my own upper body workout. :) But can sure feel my poor rump today LOL
