Challenge each other

Hi all,
I saw this on some elses group and stole it.
Anyone fancy completing it with me? I would prefer to do it with the brits. Because we understand each other. But really anyones welcome. It would be great if we could post and let each other know how we are all doing, with words of encouragment etc.
I am 33 only just started dieting (seriously). I have 2 dogs who I can take on a walk. I am going to start with the beginners challenge this week. But feel free to start the intermediate one if you wish.

Beginners
Walk for at least 15 mins a day - this should be at a steady pace, get that heart rate up!
Only use stairs for the week (no escalators/elevators at work or shopping!)
Do 10 situps a day - can break it out during the day
Trade 1 soda/tea/coffee for 8oz of water each day

Intermediate - 160 Rep Challenge this week/20 reps each (check off as you go) + 1 Beginners (I will be using 15lb weights for this - use what you feel comfortable with)
Dumbbell Swing
Hammer Curl
Jumping Jacks
Squats
Lunges (Alternate Left/Right)
Sit Ups
Burpees
Give yourself all week to finish 160 Rep Challenge
