I finally did day 1 of Ripped in 30.

You're so right, it does get a little discouraging when she keeps repeating that this is Week 1 so she's "going easy" on us, but that later it would be terrible.

I do like her backup trainers, though.

We'll have to see how this goes.

Just did L4 Day 3 and I love this level! I don't find it more intense though, I use 10lb dumbbells today to make it harder :D

Day 2 of Ripped in 30. Not as discouraged as Day 1, and able to do more. Still struggling on plank pose (this is leftover from 30DS), but getting there. And of course she pulls over the one move I just can't do from 30DS - the side lunge with arm raises? I cannot do that to save my life. I think I just don't do that motion naturally, and I have to think and think and think in order to do it. By the time I've done 3 good ones, she's done 20 and moved on. :noway:

those got me on 30DS too. I started out just doing the lung till I got the hang of it and then added in the arms. I can do them now no problem.

Im on day 5 now and its getting easier. I really hope to lose more inches with this one than I did with the shred.

I have the dvd downstairs. I have been having trouble getting my workouts in. I will begin on Sunday. My daughter and step-daughters open house is tomorrow, so I am not sure if I will have time to get in a workout. I probably should get up early and do it. :)
