Hi everyone. My name is Isabel and I'd love more friends. I've been running for 3 months (my longest run is 5 miles). I love runnng and want to become a long distance runner. I just finished my second 5K today, so I'd love to chat with newbies and experienced runners for guidance and support.
I've gradualy increased mileage, and that is going well. I'm struggling with weight loss (consistency), so any advice would be great.
