How was your week?

Scott: Hope your fly is getting better and you are enjoying it :)
The rest of you-hope your weeks were wonderful and that this coming week is great!
What will it look like?
Mine should look like this:
M: spin and weights
T: 1 hour run am maybe bike pm
W: spin and weights
Th: swim am, shoulder permitting/I have physio that night so I likely will anyway and bike run bike pm I hope
F: break and soma yoga
S: 1 hour run
Su: Swim and Bike (shoulder permitting)

    Looks like a good week Leesseebee! For me:
    M: Strength training upper & lower body
    T: 20 mile ride
    W: 3 mile run, speed work
    Th: Easy swim
    F: Abs, active rest
    S: 30 mile ride
    S: 4 mile run

    I feel so week compared to you guys! :)

    My week started off with a swim/run brick. 20 minute swim and 25 minute run. Felt good at the time, but a couple hours later I was EXHAUSTED! Even the next morning I was still tired! :)
    Tuesday: strength training
    Wednesday: Bike 35 mins
    Thursday: Run 20 mins
    Friday: Swim 30 mins
    Saturday: Strength
    Sunday: Bike 45 mins
