Heyyyy everyone I am soooooo frickin happy!! I hit my goal with losing 3lbs!! aaaahhh didnt expect it just bc I slacked last week from working out, but today is a new day but eating wise have been a lot better with the no bread thing only bc im actually more cautious of what im putting in my mouth without any bread.. how did everyone else do??

Not a good week for me I slacked off really bad with the exercising and even the food choices were horrible! I can only blame myself though BUT this is a new week and I'm determined to do better. I even told my boyfriend to hide that hateful scale until next weigh-in. Anyway...my dance team at church is starting a fast today that consists of no bread, no sweets, no fried foods, and only water to drink. I have been wanting to do the no bread thing, but haven't really been motivated so now I have a reason. Hopefully it'll work for me b/c I go to the beach in 17 days!!!

My goal weight for the beach was 200 lbs. I'm not sure I can pull that off but I'm going to try my best to get anywhere close to it.
Goals for the week:
1. drink more water
2. no bread, fried foods, or sweets
3. more cardio
4. more fruits & veggies
5. lose at least 3lbs0 -

You can do it and YES it is a new week..dont beat yourself up bc you HONESTLY motivate me a lot (whether you believe it or not ..) and I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!! nice goals for the week as well..if you need anything you know im always here for you..0 -

3. work out 2x a day but 4-5 times during the week
4. substitute spaghetti for bread as a carb @ least 2x this week
5. start 30ds tomorrow AGAIN and stick to it!!
6. NO BREAD!! (starting week 3)
