Apparently you were suppose to do another exhaustion test after week 5.... but I'm just going to go off my test from before for this final week.

    Yesterday's numbers are

    36
    40
    30
    24
    20

    The last set should be 40 so as you can see I have a lot of work to do before I advance.

    I just joined this group.... How do you want me to post my push ups. I am at 50 so far for the month...

    I do 4-5 sets at a time... Would you like me to post each set total, or just the total number done?

    Here is an example of what I am doing (as per runtastic push up pro app);

    5 sets

    1) 5
    2) 6
    3) 6
    4) 4
    5) 4

    I increase my reps every workout. I do my push up training 4 days a week.

    I am thinking of adding weights, just to add to the burn...

    Merry Christmas
