Apparently you were suppose to do another exhaustion test after week 5.... but I'm just going to go off my test from before for this final week.

    so I just now looked at the week 6 charts and decided I'm doing that exhaustion test.. .I think I'll be back on week 5... and I'm ok with that ! haha

    Ok so I did my exhaustion test on the weekend, but stayed on Week 5 since my number of 37 didn't cut it for Week 6:grumble:

    last set was tough but I was so excited! I prefer the higher quantity of sets with lower reps I think

    I just joined this group.... How do you want me to post my push ups. I am at 50 so far for the month...

    I do 4-5 sets at a time... Would you like me to post each set total, or just the total number done?

    Here is an example of what I am doing (as per runtastic push up pro app);

    5 sets

    1) 5
    2) 6
    3) 6
    4) 4
    5) 4

    I increase my reps every workout. I do my push up training 4 days a week.

    I am thinking of adding weights, just to add to the burn...
