Hello,
I have started using fitness pal and I am looking for some motivators. My major issue during the warmer months is I actually don't eat enough and need to make sure I stuff my face to replace the cals I loose while riding. I consider my self to be in pretty good shape but I am always trying to improve. I ride almost every day and try to do one century a year. Just bought a new carbon bike and I whip now. avg around 17 mph. WELCOME TO THE SMOKE SHOW!
I love to waste time talking about bike stuff so add me if you're so inclined.
