I've noticed that many of you are doing so great and am thrilled for you. As for me I feel that im just stuck at this weight and have been for the past three weeks. I work out 3-4 times a week on the elliptical for 20-30 min in addition to doing the 30ds 4-5 days a week. I was eating half of my calories back from exercise, but have now upped my caloric intake and will no longer be eating my exercise calories back.. Any advice.. thanks.

Based on personal experience...I look at my losing pattern. I have noticed that I usually go for several weeks (3) without any loss and then have a huge weight loss..it's my pattern and perhaps could be yours too...
I have done this several times in 4 months so I don't freak out and obsess with the scale (believe me, it's hard to do, I know!). Observe how your clothes are fitting ...you can be motivated by these NSV (non scale victories) as much as a weight loss.
It's like retraining your brain...good luck0 -
I had the same experience, I was getting discouraged, being stuck with the scale not budging for the last two weeks. Then it was 4 pounds. The big thing is to keep positive. As for my exercise replacement calories, the only thing that I do is add a box of low fat chocolate milk at the end of a hard work out. When I was working with a personal trainer, she told me it is very hard for people to figure out how to replace calories from a work out or other exercise. I was reading that we are sending the wrong message to our kids when we always give them snacks at half time of sports events, even the oranges are not usually needed.0

Hi
I'm not sure if this helps but I am interested in this topic and have come across this on MFP that was recommended by another user:

without seeing your food diary i cant comment on what your eating ,but i have found changing my intake to 40% protein 30%carb 30%fat .i have seen weight come down and more important the inches come off .
this week i am reducing all processed carbs in diet to force body to use stored fat for energy .0
