Hey everyone.
My name's Jamie. I'm 19 and I was diagnosed with PCOS around age 14. I have been trying to loose weight since around that time, but I can't tell you how many times I have lost the same 15-20 lbs, only to get stuck for months at a time and give up. I'm really hoping that I'll be able to stick with it this time.
Also, just throwing this out there, if anyone just happens to have any vegetarian AND pcos-friendly diet tips, I'd appreciate it.

sweet potato chips are a lifesaver. I thought I wouldn't be able to manage without jacket potatoes but they're so much better! And I can eat them with pretty much anything!0
