Goal: vacuum, and walk the dogs
Did you meet it?: yes
How many servings of H2O did you drink?: 9 :drinker:
Did you exercise?: not outside of cleaning and walking the dogs. :frown:
How are you feeling: Tired, but alright. :yawn:
Goal for today: TABATA “BOTTOM” SQUATS, and make dinner
Plan to help yourself succeed: Right when I get home from work. Timer set.
Thoughts: Stay accountable daily. Even a little step is better than no step. :flowerforyou:0
