Dammit, Week 3.....

Okay, I was going to start Ripped in 30 today, and I was going to do awesome.

I woke up too late to do the workout, but I did do the walk at work. I also did well with calories....

Until I had a couple of cocktails with dinner. Dammit!

So take it from me - that after-dinner drink? May not be worth it if it takes away the chance of dessert of no-fat ice cream later. I told my fiance I'd watch him eat his. Now he's not happy either (but promised not to tell me "you've been doing so well, just have some").
