If you're eating Alpen or similar muesli products, you really need to get the no added sugar versions...for Alpen, the calorie content is almost the same but you save yourself 5g of sugar per 100g.0

7am - 30g porridge oats, 6fl oz water (sorry about the mix and match measurements, but that is my kitchen for you) microwave for 2 mins, leave for 1 min, add chopped banana and that sees me through until after my lunch time workout0

Yup, porridge all the way - so much more filling than anything else! I have the Alpen blueberry one and often have fresh blueberries on it. Nom!
Next suggestion would be muesli and greek yoghurt but muesli is usually pretty high in calories.0 -
I like Weetabix crunchy bran quite often but I also like porridge with a pinch of salt instead of sugar.0
