Challenge for Tuesday 6/12/12

Todays challenge has been suggested by one of our members, Mamo1014!

It's called the Couch Potato Workout and it's geared to be done during commercials.

Here it is:

-60 situps
-60 squats
-60 pushups.

Its to be done for an hour during commercials. Do a set of 15 four times.

    This challenge sounds kind of fun :). Now I have to find an hour though during my busy day today though to watch tv... lol. I think that will be the hardest part of the challenge! :P

    Pushups were wall pushups but my shoulder only allows thhat way.

    I'm glad this was set up in four sets. I'm so out of shape, but I'm getting better. I also had to do wall pushups. I have no upper body
    strength and I didn't want to end up with my face in the carpet...I can't wait for tomorrows challange...after my hour, I watched America's Got Talent, I went to sit outside and visit with my neighbor....I broke the dang chair! Just like the commercial...ended up on my bottom! Talk about motivation....:blushing:
