I have been so bad on eating sweets. My challenge for my TOPS group is to get in exercise, so I decided to go back to one of my own challenges. Everytime I eat something that is non nutritional I have to exercise for ten minutes.
Yesterday really made me look for better choices as after my exercise the night before my body was so sore.
I also had to look to do some different exercises. I worked on some arm weights, then I only could do two minutes on the gravity rider. I had twelve more minutes to do, so I just went out and took a nice slow walk and I got it done! My goal is to be back to 0 on time before bed. I did do good as I only ate two no no's. I had a handful of dark chocolate peanut M&M's and some potato chips. I will see how I fare today, my body does not hurt as much, but I do notice I did do the arm weights some.
Go! Body! Go! We are strong!
