Hi everyone, I just joined myfitnesspal and have never joined a group. Not sure a group works but I would love to be pushed a little. I want to lose 10-15 more lbs the right way and tone everything. I have already lost 8 lbs via nutramirror and exercising about 4 times a week. The food logging is better there because it tells me how all my vitamin and fiber levels are doing, but there is no support or push, which I am excited for! So I'm ready to join the challenge!

Good to have you:). Actually my fitness pal show you your vitamin level, calcium fiber, sugar, sodium, everything. It shows you how much you need and how much you have taken in. You can see them by clicking setting, then dairy settings, to choose which ones you want to track.0
