I go to Hot Yoga in South Common everyday. If anyone wants to come out and try it with me. It helps if you have someone to go with and keep you motivated.

    I live in the south end (when im not in Fort Mac working lol) what studio do you go to? Or a website link? Ive always wanted to try hot yoga. I used to do normal yoga regularly but have fallen out of practice.
