Yesterday: Monday, 6/11/12
Goal: Tabata Squats and make dinner.
Did you meet it?:1/2 met
How many servings of H2O did you drink?:4 :ohwell:
Did you exercise?: yes, went for a 30 minute walk with the bf and dogs.
How are you feeling: Feeling good. Got plenty of sleep. Got up early and even though we didn't go to the gym, my gym buddy and I walked our pack of dogs on a trail for an hour.
Goal for today: morning gym session (turned hour long walk with dogs), and rock climbing tonight.
Plan to help yourself succeed:alarms and date night with the bf. :bigsmile:
Notes: Was really glad to finally wake up and feel rested. packed leftover quiche from last night for lunch today and made a shakeology for breakfast today.0 -

Did you exercise?: no
How are you feeling: I feel pretty good. I have a long work day/night ahead of me. Lots of lifting and moving boxes at work tonight.
Goal for today: stay hydrated during work!
