I saw this book in a YouTube video. I was wondering if anyone had it, or had any experience with it? It looks interesting, but I'm not ready to plunk down any money on it just yet.

I want to pick it up, but haven't yet. I'm going to work through some other cookbooks, but I put this on my wish-list! It's supposed to be pretty good!

I have it! Great pictures! To me, pictures make a cookbook. I have a hard time making something if I don't know what it's "supposed" to look like :) It isn't a "diet" cookbook, but I'm sure you could alter the fat content of any recipes that might need it. Another thing I love about it is that it uses main stream ingredients. Put it on reserve at your local library if you aren't ready to spend the $ on it. I do that with a lot of cookbooks I'm not sold on.
  • When I first read the title of this thread I thought "My husband can cook his own darn meat". But, of course, I jumped to conclusions. I am very interested, but I wish I could view the table of contents first.
