I weigh 169.2 lost five pounds but thats it so far, i do notice a bit of toning as i do yoga twice a day and zumba daily, i can feel inches going but not much weight I am wheat free,gluten free and milk intolerant so i have a hard time reaching my calorie goals especially when i burn 5-700 calories a day, any help or advice would be great!! This is my second week

what about nutrition drinks? more snacks through out the day? i am not familiar with glutten free so i am not much help there. but the nutrition shakes can pack a punch in a small amount. could also use powders that you can add to fruit/veggie shakes. That could boost your calories.0
