Does anyone else here suffer from panic attacks?
Mine randomly onset in March on my way to Disney World for a family vacation (worse time ever, right?). I was taken to the hospital and they told me I was having a panic attack.
Since then I have had anxiety daily and a few more attacks with no triggers whatsoever. Yesterday I was grocery shopping and barely made it out of the store. It is so scary.
My question is, does anyone here suffer the same thing and have issues exercising? I know when I am cleaning the house and get really hot and sweaty I start to feel short of breath and feel my heart race and I start to freak out a little bit. Because of this I am scared to exercise. I want to do some videos or work out on the elliptical but I am scared I will have a panic attack.
Any advice or experiences would be helpful![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Thanks,

I've had them in the past. Not very often though. But when I get like that I try to remind myself "Ok you're just having a panic attack... it's time to calm down and breathe deeply... everything is okay". I mean that works for me sometimes. I can't say if it works for others though. That's just my insight.
Maybe if you did very short bursts of exercising... that way you don't get too winded. Like maybe do 5 minutes on eliptical several times throughout the day?0
