Yesterday: Tuesday, 6/12/12
Goal: walk with dogs and rock climbing
Did you meet it?:1/2 met
How many servings of H2O did you drink?:7
Did you exercise?: yes, went for a 60 minute walk with gym buddy and our dogs. Did Tabata squats after work.
How are you feeling: I'm feeling alright, kind of bloated, but hoping that will pass.
Goal for today: Run with dogs and Tabata squats
Plan to help yourself succeed:squats during my lunch break and a run after dinner while it is still light enough outside.
Notes: BF hurt his back yesterday from working under a house all day long. We opted to not go climbing last night. Hoping he feels better for Thursdays climb date. Poor guy.
Notes: Was really glad to finally wake up and feel rested. packed leftover quiche from last night for lunch today and made a shakeology for breakfast today. wink0 -
Yesterday: _6/12/12_
Goal: stay hydrated during work
Did you meet it?: yes!
How many servings of H2O did you drink?: 5
Did you exercise?: oh yes! Lots of moving and lifting and carrying heavy boxes of product for a floorset change at work.
How are you feeling: very sore and tired. I only got maybe 5 hours of sleep and my back is sore from lifting boxes.
Goal for today: eat healthy even though I have a LARGE amount of extra calories from working out till 3am
Plan to help yourself succeed: make smart decisions- refer to MFP food lists to look up carloie/fat counts.
Notes: My floorset at a store I work in was from 9pm last night till 3am this morning. I counted part of the calorie burn for last night and part for today.0 -

Hope you get to go rock climbing on Thursday! I would love to try that sometime but fear I lack the upper body strength to actually lift myself anywhere. :blushing:0 -

Good job staying hydrated! And I would have done the same thing splitting up the activity.
Thanks, I am hoping I will be able to go. Hoping the BF made an appointment with a chiropractor. He was under a house all day yesterday with a 90 degree bent angle. :frown: Could hardly move last night. Ouch!
I was surprised when I first started climbing, I think you would be as well. Sure some routes require upper body strength. But It is a really great way to work your arms and back too. When I started I couldn't do a pull up. I can do one now! It also helps with my fear of falling. Just go for it. I feel so great after we go climbing.
I say you should give it a go if you want.0 -
Oh, and because you are tired, remember to do some stretching and get in some potassium.
That should help.
