i am in my 3rd week of prep, and what I have learned so far is that it is easier for me to fit in my workout early in the morning, however I am not warm enough to do a good job of keeping up with her. However, when I exercise after work I am so much better and more efficient, but it takes away from my other activities in the evening
Anybody has any input?

I have tried and tried and tried to workout in the morning and pretty much the ONLY thing I can do is walk. I need to be up for a few hours before I can do any type of hard workout. I pretty much have to do all of my workouts as soon as I get home from work (as in walk in the door, give puppies a kiss and the BF a kiss then change and workout) or else I wont do them. It really sucks since I always want to do something else, but I know once I do workout I will feel better about it.

I have found the same thing, when I have tried to work out in the am I just do not have enough energy for her workouts, yet when I work out in the evening I can really give it my all. It sucks too because I'd rather work out in the morning.

Pretty much this...I need a good hour before I can work and give it my all. I love working out after that hour, that seems to be my best, but I can't get up early enough to do that, so I work out immediately when I get home...
