Has anyone Ever been afraid they might binge again because it's become a habit? I'm so motivated for a few days then I fall right back into it. Does anyone know how to get out of this cycle? I usually do well2 to 3 days then I can't control myself:(

    That's been my pattern for so long, too. My thoughts right now are to try to string 7 days in a row together of good eating, and then hope that it becomes easier and more of the usual pattern for me. I think when I complete these 7 days, I will just set another 7 day goal right away. I am such a creature of habit. But, we'll see.........
  • That is exactly what im trying to do! i think maybe if we set a goal for ourselves ex ( if i go a week i will treat myself to a massage or manicure, we can be excited about reaching our goals instead of giving ourselves stress about it. Instead of being scared i will binge after 3 days im trying to think positive about it like you said im also a creature of habit :tongue:
