Hi, i'm not sure if anyones going to see this but i really need a talk! i've come on here because sometimes talking to other BDD survivors, in my opinion, can help as they understand what we're all going through. and sometimes all it takes it to let everything out, and i'm not good doing that with people i know..

If i could get a message from someone who is up for a chat i'd really appreciate it! i'm just a little stuck and it's got me really down. :(
