Yesterday: Tuesday, 6/12/12
Goal: Run with dogs and Tabata Squats
Did you meet it?:no :frown:
How many servings of H2O did you drink?:8
Did you exercise?: No, I became so busy and my parents just got back home. i was catching up and lost track of time. The day FLEW by! It was also pouring cats and dogs. All I could manage was a very brief walk to let the dogs go potty.
How are you feeling: Okay, bummed I wasn't able to get in my goals yesterday, but today is a new day!
Goal for today: Tabata squats at lunch, either rock climbing or De-winterizing the hot tub.
Plan to help yourself succeed:squats before I eat lunch. Drinking 1 full serving of water before every meal.
Notes: I purchased Bob Harper's new book. Skimmed a little bit on the peek inside feature on Amazon the other day. It was said to have berries or apples every day. And to drink a full glass of water before every meal. Giving it a try. I know the water helps it's just a matter of doing it for me. Just keep thinking to myself, "flushing away the bad stuff." lol :laugh:0
