Is the arm band a good idea or should i buy my own?

    I didn't buy it when they started offering it. It was a little too pricey for me and fortunately my JCC agreed.
    But I have not ready anything bad about it, for sure.

    An update to my post above.... I just got an email from JC saying they have a limited time offer for a 25% discount on the BodyMedia band. I might ask about it at my next weigh in.

    I did -- just for grins -- go to the BodyMedia FIT website. They are selling the device for $99, and it comes with 12 months free monitoring. The JC one comes with only 6 months. I think it might be worth doing a serious comparison.
