    Yesterday: Tuesday, 6/12/12

    Goal: Tabata Squats DE-winterizing the hot tub
    Did you meet it?: partially.
    How many servings of H2O did you drink?:9
    Did you exercise?: yes: I walked the dog around the block (off lead!- she did so good). Tabata Squats.

    How are you feeling: Alright. Very glad it's Friday.
    Goal for today: Tabata squats and finish De-winterizing the hot tub.
    Plan to help yourself succeed: during lunch- do it! :)

    Notes: I found out that BF will be leaving on the 25th for a month. :( It will be sad and I'll probably be lonely but I will use that time to do a hardcore workout regimen. :wink:

    I ate far too much last night for dinner, I don't know what came over me. I guess my morning was good and so was my afternoon... we'll just start over today. :blushing:

    Trying to keep it lighter not really knowing what I'll be having for dinner yet. Wish me luck. :wink:
