Question about Zumba 2

I have Zumba 2 for the wii and I have been doing it regularly for the past two weeks. I love it however, I start getting a horrible burning in my lower calf muscles. My feet pronate really bad (meaning the ankle bone turns in so the arch is flatter to the ground) so I started wearing shoes. the shoes helped a tiny bit, but it still hurts while I'm dancing, even durring the first song. I feel like stretching it almost makes it worse. should I be worried? am I doing the moves wrong? or will those muscles just get used to it and chill out?

Pain is your body's way of telling you something is wrong. If I were having pain, then I would go see a foot specialist to see if an orthotic is necessary.0

Sounds like you have what they call flat feet, and yes that will hurt a bit. I had that issue when I started walking , told me its because I wear "girly" shoes all of the time. Well I am a girl
what I was told to do was when i'm sitting down watching TV to put my sneakrs on the wrong feet, this will help the arch a lot...after a while it did work. Also had to put my sneakers on and keep them on for a weekend (only wear them)...the arch support is differnet in them.... Try and see if this works0 -
