Re-Motivation

Hi all!

So I have had a terrible few weeks at work and confess I've only done about 3 days of TF per week! I really want to get back into it this week and finish strong!

I've noticed there are a lot of you awesome people on here I'm not friends with...and I'd love your support! Feel free to friend me!

    You got this, girlie :) It's not that you are not motivated, you are just sooooo busy!!! I am going to finish out the week by mixing it up with Turbo Fire and other stuff as well....you can do this!

    Turbofire is the only workout program that has kept my attention, I usually will get bored fairly quickly with any other program. I too went down to a few days a week, then even less, but now I am back on track. I am staying strict to the schedule, except I change my rest day to another day. The music and Chalean's motivation makes this program so different from any other I've done. I wanted to incorporate weight training into my exercise regime, so what better way than with Chalean....I just order Chalean Extreme and will be combining it with Turbofire. Keep pressing play, there is a whole Turbofire family on the web to keep you motivated.
