    Yesterday: Tuesday, 6/15/12

    Goal: Tabata squats and finish De-winterizing the hot tub.
    Did you meet it?: partially.
    How many servings of H2O did you drink?:8
    Did you exercise?: yes, I am feeling it in my thighs today a little bit. :happy:

    How are you feeling:Good. Glad it's the weekend. Bummed it's already 4pm, where did the day go?!?!
    Goal for today: Hot Tub and either a run with the dog or a workout.
    Plan to help yourself succeed: cleaned tub, and trying to find correct owners manual online.

    Notes: I found out that BF will be leaving on the 25th for a month. :( It will be sad and I'll probably be lonely but I will use that time to do a hardcore workout regimen. wink
