    Yes! Whenever you are able to start, please do so! Aim for burning about 150-200 calories a day and you will be able to reach the 1200 mark at the end of the week!! We will share our results every weekend and create new challenges/goals :)

    I will start this challenge tomorrow, it seems like a perfect way to start a new week! It will feel good to push myself and know that I am working towards a goal for the week. I wish everyone the best of luck !!!

    Today I did close to 30 minutes strength training but when i logged it in it says i didnt burn calories? Is this possible?
