    I did my bit...15mins Level 2 - 30 Day Shred. I couldnt go anymore, I had to stop, this is really hard man!

    I've been mia for a few days whoops, will try and update what I missed.
    I ran 8km today and played in my ball hockey game (I scored 2 goals!!)
