First Sprint Tri ever is on Sunday! EEK!!

Been focused for the last 2 weeks on seriously eating clean and increasing strength workouts... (yah yah I know probably not the best training for a tri). Last 2 weeks have been brutal on my energy level, but think I made it over the hump! Have some minor tweaking to do this week to see how things feel before the race on Sunday.

    Monday: Bike
    Tuesday: Swim
    Wednesday: CrossFit
    Thursday: Rest (Possible run AM)
    Friday: Bike/Run
    Saturday: Light swim
    Sunday: MH Sprint Triathlon!!!
