There was a guy I was getting to know that disappeared on me couple weeks back. I thought it was because he came to a fight with me and my friends and we forgot about him and started goofing off about information that I usually wouldn't tell a new guy so soon. Turns out... what REALLY happened is that I had also gone on a rant about guys who weren't yet single. And he wasn't either. I usually ask this during the first or second date, so by this time he must have lied about being divorced. I found out because he just posted on facebook about how he's finally "officially" single. So I texted him.
I just share that so that the ladies remember sometimes when guys poof it's not always because YOU messed up. It's so easy to over-analyze and internalize and think if we were just cooler/sexier/blonder he would still be around. Don't do that! Sometimes it's just because he's wrong (or wrong for you) and he knows it.
