What did everyone loose.

Last week: 171.5
This week: 169.0
1.5 pounds lost 28.5 to go

I feel like i could have lost more if it wasn't for fathers day weekend:)

What was you guys result for this week???

    last week i was 156 and this week i am 152! 4 pound loss to start my summer fit challenge!

    Not a lot, but something. Between not eating or eating the wrong food, I expected worse.

    So I lost 5 pounds... With the help of my husband I got out of bed early this morning and went swimming. I'm so glad I have all of you to keep me on check.. Have a fabulous week!

    I wish I hadn't taken the weekend off but at least I'm -3 for the first week. My goal is -2 pounds a week so I actually am ahead of the game!

    You don't have to put your weight if you don't want to. Just how much you lost:)

    Way to go Rebecca. My husband gets up earlier than he used to in order to do his regular work out so that he is ready to walk with me every day before it gets too hot. Some days I might be tempted to blow it off. Knowing that he is up early just for me keeps me going. It's really great to have a work out partner!

    Did not lose but did not gain!! Really have to change up my work out and eating habits.. Need to lose 5lb in 2 weeks..
