Yesterday: Sunday 6/17
Goal: Father's Day, stay under Calories a little bit, drink lots of water.
Did you meet it?:yes
How many servings of H2O did you drink?:8
Did you exercise?: a quick walk with the dog, and running errands most of the afternoon. Didn't count it though.
How are you feeling: Good. Needing to get back into a serious Workout Routine. :grumble: Kind of sick of the excuses I keep giving myself or depending of others to get me going. I just have to do it. No one else but me.
Goal for today: Keep an eye on intake today. Spending evening with a friend who is in town visiting.
Plan to help yourself succeed:Take care of what I'm eating, look up before ordering anything. Lots of water.0
