Would anyone like to look at my Diary and see what I'm doing wrong? I would love to be losing more weight and I need to make a change somewhere. :smile:

I am just now finishing my first 90 day challenge.

    It looks like you might be eating a lot of sodium? That can make you retain water. I have been doing BBV for about two months and I have only lost 7 pounds!! How much have you lost on your first 90 day challenge?

    I have lost 21 lbs. and quite a few inches.

    That is awesome!! I think that is really good for the 90 day challenge. Maybe you have just reached a plateau, so keep positive and keep going :)

    For the most part, I'd say your diary looks good. I try to spread out my food intake a bit more, so its 200-300 cal. every 2-3 hrs... It seems to help my metabolism. Idk if that's possible for you or if you want to try it. It very well could be just a plateau like was said before... You're making sure you're getting your water too right? :)
