WOW, I can def feel my arms. Pauline is awesome ( take that Jillian HAHA) I thought the butt part was a killer, omg I thought I was stronger then I am. Must have been the denial I tend to suffer from, Just like when I packed on 20 pounds and told myself my scale was broken, that poor scale I took a hammer to it, feel bad now cause it was just trying to give me the heads up of where I was headed.. Oh well I have since replaced but never forgotten ;) I took a butt picture yesterday EEECK lol even after losing 17 of the fresh 20, it still was not pretty. Where oh where did my perfect 24 year old butt go......... Well with and luck and alot of hard work maybe I will have a better more perfect 32 year old butt. Well Ladies best of luck to us all and I would love to see or hear of your success with this program :happy:

    Glad you are enjoying it. You really do feel the burn with the workouts..even on Level 1. I'm currently doing Level 2. :O Shew is all I have to say. ;)

    Its a good burn though, I was doing alot of Jillian Michaels before, but I dont care much for her workouts I find them really hard on my joints. This is way better. And the time goes by really fast

    I'm doing LVL 2 also. OMG! I did upper body yesrterday and my shoulders feel sore, but I like being sore :) I was watching the workouts on Youtube but I better bought it on amazon. It arrived yesterday, so NO EXCUSES! (oh, the internet is too slow, nah, nah, nah)I have to do it now LOL.
