I have been on WW since October 2011. The last two to three of months I have this crazy weight gain. I have noticed the weight gain is due to my cycle. It is at least 3 lbs sometimes more. This is a new thing. Examples - After my cycle, I weighed 211. The next week, I weighed 214. This week, I weigh 215. Next week, I will gain another few ounces. Then after my cycle, it will go back down. Is my real weight 211 or 216? Also, is it the food I am eating that is making this happen. My Food Diary is open for you guys to look at.

    In my experience it's just water weight! Usually the day after I am done with my monthly the extra weight is gone. I would say 211 is probably your 'real' weight. :)
