Alright here goes nothing!
My pledges are to:
1) Not drink any soda for the next 5 weeks....im going to have to say that holidays may be an exception but only if mixed with alcohol...
2) follow Bob Harpers rules once I get the book
3) Go for a 30-45 min walk 4 times a week
