Which one? You Can Do or the 3 Mile Slim and Sleek w/Pilates? I've done the second one and it is a good workout! Of course I say that about most of her DVDs because I love them!

The whole "You Can Do" series is very much beginner (short & easy). There is an instructional segment first. The pilates one uses a stretchie band I think (Netflix long ago). If you like pilates with a band (I love it) Ana Caban's Pilates Body Band workout is much better. This has a beautiful outdoor setting. There are 2 modifiers .... beginner modifications for everything, but also intermediate. You can grow with this. This is "voice over" ... not Ana speaking .... not everyone's cup of tea.

The You Can Do Yoga DVD was the first yoga DVD I liked (go figure). If you're very inflexible, hate the way many "yogi's" speak ... this is for you. Again beginnerish ... but VERY approachable. If you just want something relaxing (stress reducing) .... to stretch everything out ... I recommend this one.
