Yesterday: Monday 6/18
Goal: drink lots of water, go for a long walk with friend and dogs.
Did you meet it?:yes, however, I did go over a little bit with an unexpected cheese stix order with dinner...
How many servings of H2O did you drink?:8
Did you exercise?: yes! 4.2 mile moderate paced walk with friend from out of town and our dogs. It was a great way to catch up and hang out. :bigsmile:
How are you feeling: I feel good, a little tired, and bummed because I over ate a little yesterday with my lunch date with the BF and then indulging in Mozzarella cheese stix at dinner. But the walk and the water made me feel a lot better about the day over all.
Goal for today: Write everything down. Rock climbing (see if friend wants to go too [free buddy passes]) :happy:
Plan to help yourself succeed: planning out what I'm eating before eating it, drinking lots of water, tea (before every meal). And who doesn't love rock climbing date nights?!0
