My Goals

Options
1) Workout 5x per week, plus daily dog walks
2) log what I'm eating, and strive for more veggies
3) No soda
4) Make it past week 3 in the C25K program

    1. go to the gym at least 5x per week for 1 hour
    2. Spend at least half my grocery budget on fruits and veggies and use them before they go bad
    3. log everything I put in my mouth

    1.) drink at least 10 8oz cups of water a day
    2.) keep my protein amounts up
    3.) Lift weights 3-4 nights a week and lift heavy
    4.) cardio 4-5 nights a week
    5.) remember rest days are important take one once in awhile :)

    1) get up earlier

    2) Stop eating emotionally

    3. stop excessively working out

    4. stop all negative talk about myself instead be optomisitc and positive

    5. no gossiping

    ~Keep Up with 6x a week workout scedual.
    ~Read a least one motivational quote a day.
    ~Lose 10 pounds By September.
    ~Eat more Vegies for snacks.
