I would really like to cut back on ALL fatty, greasy foods. Typically I treat myself to once a week anything I want to eat meal, but from now until July 27th I WILL NOT... I will Exercise twice a day at least 45 minutes each. I really NEED to loose 10lbs.

    Hi Sindey, i think you have very realistic goals.. keep that finish line in sight and you can do this!
