I agree with dm about pulling out the tape measure. I measured myself a few days ago. Becuase when I stop seeing the number on the scale going down I'll check those measurements again for motivation because I am sure if the scale isn't going down the measurements still will...0 -

I've been weighing myself daily, and have noticed that my weight loss has slowed down somewhat. (This, of course, is to be expected. I started working seriously on my fitness/weight loss on June 7th, and the first few pounds are the easiest.) Looking back a week, though, my pace is still something I'm very happy with even though I can't see much day-to-day. :happy:
I'm starting RushFit tonight, so I will certainly be burning more calories. Hopefully I can keep up a rapid (yet healthy) pace for continuing loss.0 -
