    So suggestion if you have not already: If you get discouraged by the number on the scale, pull out a good ol' tape measure and measure the walls of your living room. J/K abut the living room, not the tape measure :)

    I agree with dm about pulling out the tape measure. I measured myself a few days ago. Becuase when I stop seeing the number on the scale going down I'll check those measurements again for motivation because I am sure if the scale isn't going down the measurements still will...

    I've been weighing myself daily, and have noticed that my weight loss has slowed down somewhat. (This, of course, is to be expected. I started working seriously on my fitness/weight loss on June 7th, and the first few pounds are the easiest.) Looking back a week, though, my pace is still something I'm very happy with even though I can't see much day-to-day. :happy:

    I'm starting RushFit tonight, so I will certainly be burning more calories. Hopefully I can keep up a rapid (yet healthy) pace for continuing loss.
