Week 3 Day 2 Level 2

Did the Upper Body Level 2 yesterday. It was hard but I got through it a lot easier than the Lower Body actually. But it is by no means EASY. I can't wait to see the finished results. I really think it is working as when I put on clothes my rear side seems a bit more lifted and tighter,. YAY!!! Who else is on Level 2?

What weights do you use for the upper sculpt level 2. Did you increase from level 1? Hope you took before pics;)0

I've still been using the same weight, 2.5 hand weights, I used in Level 1. I'm pretty out of shape in my arms so for me it is enough. I did buy a 5lb weighted bar for Level 3.0
