Yesterday: 6/19
Goal: Write everything down, rock climb
Did you meet it?:No, did not end up making it rock climbing, had too many other errands that dinner would have been too late in the evening. Trying to go again this evening though.
How many servings of H2O did you drink?:8
Did you exercise?: yes. Still got in a little cardio.
How are you feeling: I feel pretty good. Been eating a lot of berries and I think it has been helping with my sweet tooth. All the water helps as well.
Goal for today: Water water water, 1 serving of water (minimum) before every meal (try for more though). :drinker:0 -

Goal: drink lots of water.
Did you meet it?:yes!
How many servings of H2O did you drink?:7
Did you exercise?: Yes. Lots of walking on the beach for Summer Solstice.
How are you feeling: I feel good but a little bummed out with the BF leaving soon (still not sure which day but we were told he starts on Monday). Friend in town and that takes up time, lots of work and can't take time off because it's the end of the FY. The list keeps growing.
Goal for today: keep up on the water intake. At least one serving before every meal. Swimming tonight! Yay!0 -

How are you feeling: Feeling good... wish the work day was over... I want to go play outside in the sun!
