How many calories in 29 pts

So when I eat only my 29 points without adding veggies and fruit into the calorie count that it is close to 9-1000 and usually try my best to aim for the mfp minimum of 1200. So I am wondering how many calories does your day end up being when you tally the whole day? I am coming from the eat more mindset so this is seriously messing with me. I don't want to harm my already sluggish metabolism!

I don't log on MFP anymore, just WW. But when I did, it seemed that each point averaged around 51 calories. If that is true, then 29 points is about 1479 calories. Adding in any fruits and veggies, you are actually eating more calories. I guess the main thing is that when you stay at 29 points, are you satisfied?0

I've been aiming for 36 points(I'm breastfeeding so get a few extra) and find that if I don't eat enough fruit I struggle to hit my calorie goals - even then I seem to be coming in about 200 calories under despite usually eating 4 serves of fruit instead of two.0

Yah I am struggling a little since I am trying to eat as healthy as possible but this is my first week so I am sure as time goes it will get a little harder. Thanks and congrats on breastfeeding...I sometimes miss bf'ing my little one!`0

If I log my 26 points of food plus any free fruits and veggies on MFP it seems to work out that I have right around 1300 calories. Still struggling to decide whether or not to drop WW. I only do it online so not sure of the benefit and would be nice to save the $18/month.0
