I'm trying, I really am, but that damn scale isn't going anywhere and I'm so freakin' annoyed about not having time to work out.
I'm not going up, just not going down. I'm trying to focus on eating healthy and not ripping someone's head off. (some things are easier than others) I'm still here checking on everyone.

I'm shaking things up and changing my habits to see if I can break this plateau I seem to be stuck in. I was drinking smoothies instead of meals but not losing anything (even with 300 cal smoothies) so I'm trying to focus on "real food" instead for a while. Hoping this will help.0
